Your Role As a Finance Consultant at Green Finance Group, you will be responsible for:Building and maintaining strong client relationshipsAssessing client financial needs and recommending appropriate funding solutionsNegotiating with lenders and presenting loan applicationsManaging the loan process from application to settlementStaying updated on industry regulations, lending policy and procedure and market trends What We Look For Proven experience: banking/finance background or independent mortgage/finance broker - minimum 2 yearsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentKnowledge of financial products, lending processes, and regulatory requirementsCertificate IV in Finance Broking however Diploma in Mortgage Broking and Finance is preferredMember of either FBAA or MFAA preferred
