As the Iteration Manager, you will be accountable for coaching the digital squad to deliver business value in the most efficient and effective way, defined as features and stories. You will guide and mentor the squad to deliver value and continuously improve how they work from roadmap initiatives through delivery to operations. You will adopt a servant-leadership approach that fosters transparency, visibility and collaboration to deliver world class products

You'll have
- 3+ years of experience in an Agile environment
- At least 1 year of experience as an Agile Iteration Manager
- Experience in guiding and coaching teams in the adoption of the Agile mind-set and best practices, while facilitating their transition to high-performing teams
- Proficient in multiple agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, design thinking, HCD, and other frameworks
- Ability to coach Squads from discovery to operations with no operational impact and continually optimising throughput to value.
- Demonstrated ability to coach at individual, squad, and initiative levels on agility
- Experience in managing impediments mediation and upskilling team's ability to solve on their own issues
- Experience in setting up Squads and their cadence and understanding of maturity.
- Strong understanding of coaching teams in Agile practices and facilitating Agile cadence and ceremonies
- Strong stakeholder management skills across both business and technical functions
- Constant focus on continuous improvement within an agile delivery team
- Very strong workshop facilitation skills
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, to be able to articulate Agile principles to all levels of Business and Technology stakeholders
