Iteration Manager Role Overview

The Iteration Manager is a pivotal role within our Digital Experience team. This position plays a key part in the delivery of strategic transformation for the Claims business at IAG.

As an Iteration Manager, you will support the Product Owner and Squad by resourcefully facilitating agile practices and rituals. Your management skills will be crucial in overseeing a squad within an iteration and developing a comprehensive backlog.

Effective planning and optimization of team efficiencies are essential to ensure that they deliver to business expectations and objectives.

About You

  • Proven experience working as an Iteration Manager / Scrum Master within Agile teams.
  • Strong understanding of business needs and customer focus beyond technical aspects.
  • Well-versed in Agile ways of working including estimation and driving delivery in a multi-vendor environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop new relationships with suppliers and colleagues and influence senior leadership.
