This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2026.

The Role
Shenton College is committed to fostering a rich and diverse Design and Technology curriculum that inspires creativity, critical thinking, and cultural understanding. Suitable applicants should ideally be:
Expert, passionate teachers of Design and Technology - Engineering, with a dedicated commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.
Able to demonstrate the professional knowledge, understanding and experience to deliver an engaging and relevant secondary technologies curriculum from the early and middle adolescent phases of learning through to senior secondary courses.
Familiar with the Teaching for Impact framework and ideally understand what effective teachers believe, know, and do to enable students to succeed.
Contributing to the overall vision and direction of the school.
Building strong collaborative relationships with staff.
