**_ Here's an overview of our role_**

In this new and permanent role as the **Corporate Strategy Manager**, you** **will be in charge of supporting the SGSPAA group strategy development and strategic planning process. This includes development of the _group vision, strategy and business plan and portfolio balancing_, supported by robust analysis of industry trends and data, along with exceptional business engagement and the development of persuasive discussion and communications materials.

Key to your role is maintaining excellent working relationships with the Groups' Market Leaders to support the development group strategy and business plan, as well as provide insights and support market and group outcomes. exceptional business engagement and the development of persuasive discussion and communications materials.

**_ Key Responsibilities include_**
- strategy development and management in a complex and rapidly evolving environment
- rapidly assess complex and conflicting information sources (data, reports, strategies, financial information) to drive insights recommendations and assess short and long term risk
- collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels across a multimarket business
- financial acumen and commercial management
- develop measurable and executable business plans across a multimarket business in an uncertain environment
- influence and change experience to support embedment of the corporate strategy

**_ Qualifications & skills:_**
- relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance or a related degree
- preferable post graduate qualification in business management
- in depth understanding of the energy market preferred
- excellent modelling and analytical skills
- demonstrated skills in strategic thinking integrating complex concepts
- strong negotiation skills, conflict resolution and ability to understand different perspectives, engage and inspire others
- commercial thought leadership
