**About the role**:
The primary objective of the Training Coordinators is to support the Training Manager and Training team in the administration and delivery of training activities across the business unit, including for flexible labour resources. The roles will undertake significant support to the Driver/Trainers located across NSW and Victoria.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Provide administrative support associated with the setup and delivery of training activities.
- Oversee the implementation of training programs for all staff members, including new trainer recruits, and ensure continuous refresher training for existing staff.
- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to support and achieve training objectives.
- Assist Driver/Trainers in ensuring consistent and reliable training and assessments outcomes
- Ability to articulate complex problems in simple formats.
- Ability to analyse substantial amounts of information received from multiple stakeholders and translate it into meaningful plans and initiatives.
**About You**
You will have operational support experience with a background working within a large complex operational business. You will have excellent communication, initiative, and mentoring skills with the ability to work effectively with people, systems, and tools. You will be a highly effective communicator with demonstrated experience in seeking out and developing key relationships with the internal stakeholders and business partners
**In addition, you will have**:
- Current C Class Drivers Licence
- Ability to embrace change and support continuous improvement
- Flexibility to travel both intrastate and interstate as required
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE equivalent is highly regarded
- Possess prior experience in a similar role, with significant exposure to compliance and training requirements
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong administration experience
- Good understanding of regulatory environment and governance frameworks i.e., RTO and AQF regulatory requirements
- High-level organisation skills and excellent attention to detail.
