Responsibilities
Maintain stock integrity and accuracy across stock receiving and stock-to-floor processes.
Lead and inspire others; work with leadership to optimise stock handling and efficiencies.
Partner with the leadership team to drive stock practices and ensure effective replenishment.
Handle inventory in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
Support shop floor team with stock movements and product availability.
A Bit About You
Inventory and stock-receiving experience preferably in a high-volume retail environment
Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
Highly developed organisational skills and time management
Strong communicator and self-motivated individual with the ability to inspire others around stock and inventory practices
Solutions driven and able to implement efficient processes
Ability to multitask while remaining resilient through change and recover quickly from setbacks
Demonstrates self-awareness and openness to personal and professional development
Confident, personable, and able to develop positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Ability to lift and process products up to 20 kg

Level 3 Award per hour plus super, and generous monthly performance incentives (circa $3.5k pa)
Permanent Part Time 30 hours with a Monday-to-Friday roster
