Responsibilities
  • Maintain stock integrity and accuracy across stock receiving and stock-to-floor processes.
  • Lead and inspire others; work with leadership to optimise stock handling and efficiencies.
  • Partner with the leadership team to drive stock practices and ensure effective replenishment.
  • Handle inventory in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
  • Support shop floor team with stock movements and product availability.
A Bit About You
  • Inventory and stock-receiving experience preferably in a high-volume retail environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Highly developed organisational skills and time management
  • Strong communicator and self-motivated individual with the ability to inspire others around stock and inventory practices
  • Solutions driven and able to implement efficient processes
  • Ability to multitask while remaining resilient through change and recover quickly from setbacks
  • Demonstrates self-awareness and openness to personal and professional development
  • Confident, personable, and able to develop positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lift and process products up to 20 kg
