T+O+M Executive are currently recruiting an exciting 6 month Accounts Receivable contract working with an Australian manufacturing business that has been established for over 100 years. The role is based in Alexandria (onsite parking available) and you will have flexible working from home arrangements.

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Following up outstanding debts with respective business departments and clients directly
- Liaise with internal departments regarding invoicing and collections queries
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as required

**Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Pronto systems experience is ideal
- Must be available on short notice
- Excellent communication skills

**Benefits**
