**Location**:Kew, AU- Are you an experienced Human Resources Business Partner looking for your next opportunity to enrich people's lives - every day? Where you will play a valued role in partnering with the organisation to provide tactical, operational, and project-based Human Resource and Employee Relations advice to support the enhanced performance of our people and business.- The HRBP has a strategic mindset who will work deeply within each Business Unit and immerse themselves into understanding the business and providing strategic insights and driving HR initiatives that align to the business unit strategy. The HRBP will work closely with our global HR team for their respective Business Unit, delivering results at a local level.- As a strong HRBP you will coach and guide Business Unit Heads and Managers on workforce strategies, organisational design, talent management, reward and recognition, engagement and developing solutions to help grow their business.- You will consider yourself highly motivated, a self-starter, commercial and an experienced HR professional, who brings with them considerable experience in developing high quality HR solutions to enable a business to achieve its strategy. You will also have a solutions-focused approach and deal with issues and change in a proactive, positive, and dynamic way. You will be confident in your abilities, be able to easily build relationships with people and want to provide exceptional support for your Business Units. You are well established in your career and have worked in a similar position for a large multinational in a matrix working environment.**About DKSH**
