About the role: Join one of Australia's leading stair manufacturers as a full-time Carpenters Assistant
Working across Melbourne, this role is Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
You'll join our close-knit, high-performing Installation team and play a vital role in helping to install custom, high-quality staircases across Melbourne.
What you'll be doing: Travelling to job sites and assisting our installers (all travel reimbursed) Examining and interpreting CAD drawings and calculating the materials/components required Laying out and preparing work Carrying out work for the manufacture of staircases and staircase components Performing order assessments, material ordering and stock takes Cleaning machines and work areas daily Performing other general duties and carpentry tasks around the factory as required Assisting WHS Manager as required What you'll bring: Drivers licence and reliable transport (essential) Forklift licence (handy but not essential) Building or timber industry experience (preferred) Why you'll love it here: We're passionate about creating a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and proud of the work they do.
