Our opportunity
As Assistant Development Manager, you will provide support and assistance to management in all operational aspects, as assigned, so as to further expand and enhance knowledge of the development industry.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
Adhere to strategies and targets as communicated by DM and SDM.
Assist in the preparations and updates of development feasibilities.
Prepare formal correspondence and presentation.
Prepare and update development programmes.
Work with other departments to achieve objectives.
Undertake comprehensive project preparation, research and planning activities.
Prepare and manage stakeholder management plan.
Assist with the annual budget process.
Your point of difference
To be successful you will be professionally qualified with demonstrated residential development experience, including a solid understanding of managing feasibility for the project as well as procurement, planning and tendering processes.
You will have strong stakeholder skills and conflict resolution experience in project and people management, and have the ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and complexity and drive win-win outcomes.
