The Role

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and results driven Foreman to work within our busy Spray Seal business.

The successful applicant will be based out of our Bibra Lake depot and will be required to travel away for work as needed.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Assisting in day-to-day job planning and execution of works
  • Working with the supervisor to lead the spray sealing crew and ensure that the works are completed within the prescribed timeframes
  • Arranging and ordering supplies such as bitumen
  • Ensuring site risk assessments are performed in consult with the crew
  • Lead and demonstrate commitment to safety, environment and quality performance
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in full and correctly and forwarded on to relevant departments in the required time frames
  • Other duties as required

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following essential skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in the spray seal surfacing industry
  • White Card
  • Current driver's license – truck licence preferred
  • Proven organisational skills and a "can do" attitude
  • Exceptional time management and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
