Overview
NTT Sydney is seeking an experiencedAWS IAM Engineerwith a strong security focus to support a high-priority remediation program.
This role is critical in addressing audit findings and ensuring compliance across enterprise cloud environments.
Duration:Initial 2 months (extension/permanent possible in 2026)
Start:Mid to late September
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and productioniseAWS IAM solutionswith a focus on AWS Identity Center.
Integrate AWS Identity Center withAzure AD and LDAPto enable secure, centralised identity-based access.
Eliminate uncontrolled use of credentials/private keys by establishing enterprise IAM patterns.
Build and remediateTerraform templatesfor AWS resources.
Harden and manageAWS instances and AMIs.
Implement and enforcecontainer tagging standardsfor governance, cost, and compliance.
Work closely with cloud and security teams to deliveraudit-ready outcomes.
Key Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience withAWS IAMandAWS Identity Center.
Proven ability to integrate AWS IAM withActive Directory (AD), LDAP, and Azure AD.
Expertise withTerraformand Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Solid experience withAWS instances, AMIs, and container governance.
Strong understanding ofcloud security and compliance frameworks.
Ability to work in bothdesign and hands-on engineering capacity.
Experience inproductionising IAM and infra solutionsfor enterprise environments.
