You will work to maintain high standards across your cluster, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.The successful candidate will be an experienced Electrical and HVAC Technician, who is comfortable working autonomously to deliver timely outcomes.Your cluster will be based in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.Your key responsibilities will include:Take full responsibility for delivery of repairs and maintenance services.Respond to reactive Electrical and HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner.Work without supervision, anticipating and resolving issues.
Preventing critical breakdown issues.Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships with all key stakeholders.Participate in an on-call roster.To be considered for this role:Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician - essentialCabling licence, CPR/LVR, Security provider licence - Preferred.Valid Driver's LicenceExcellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Previous commercial or retail experience, with a preference for multi-site management.Working with Children Check The position requires the successful candidate to conduct a pre-employment medical and a police check If you would like the opportunity to be part of a growing Australian Facilities Management business, we would love to hear from you.City is an Equal Opportunity Employer who supports and encourages the diverse needs of each individual Team Member.City does not accept any unsolicited resume referrals from Recruitment Agencies.
