Job description

LSA Health is seeking a motivated recruitment and rostering consultant for our health team, the position will include recruiting, rostering and account managing.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
Preparing advertisements, shortlisting, and phone screening
Database management, adding notes and filling shifts
Performance management of casual workforce, roster and manage attendance and performance

**Experience & Qualifications**:
Initiative, flexibility and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
High levels of self-motivation and initiative
Meet deadlines and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Meets KPIs
Strong attention to detail, time management and organisation skills
Ability to be flexible and take on call once a month
LSA Health is an agency provider to all areas of Health - Aged care Facilities, Community care providers, Disability and Mental Health services, Government health and Hospitals as well as NDIS providers.
