About the Role
Baskin-Robbins is one of the world's most loved brands, and at our Franchise Support Centre, we are dedicated to ensuring our franchise partners have the tools, resources, and support to succeed.
We are seeking aProcurement Managerto manage and optimise our procurement and supply chain functions across Australia.
This role is responsible forsupplier agreements, price negotiations, contract management, category strategies, and sourcing activities.
You will work closely with ourLogistics Managerand internal stakeholders across operations, finance, marketing, and store development to deliver value, ensure compliance, and maintain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term supplier partnerships while identifying new sourcing opportunities.
Spend Management: Oversee procurement across multiple categories, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum value delivery.
Contract Negotiation: Lead supplier agreements, price negotiations, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Hands-On Procurement: Actively manage day-to-day procurement operations, including sourcing, risk management, stock availability, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
Strategic Development: Partner with leadership to design and implement procurement initiatives that improve supply chain performance and support strategic business projects and marketing initiatives (including campaign requirements).
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Supply Chain team, fostering professional development and a high-performance culture.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Store Development to support business goals and campaigns.
Identify and resolve supply chain challenges, applying a strongproblem-solving mindset.
About You
Proven experience in procurement management, ideally within FMCG, retail, or QSR.
Demonstrated experience insupplier agreements, contract management, and price negotiation.
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience in managing budgets.
ERP experience (Oracle preferred); NetSuite and Power BI exposure highly regarded but not essential.
CIPS or ASCM or equivalent accreditation preferable but not essential.
Hands-on, practical approach to procurement and supply chain management.
Ability to work and collaborate across functions effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
