This position requires active stakeholder engagement across the university, participation in requirements and design workshops, as well as ensuring data integrity through validation and remediation efforts.Additionally, the role involves developing and executing test cases for user acceptance testing, coordinating with stakeholders for successful solution delivery, and maintaining robust documentation.
The analyst is responsible for presenting critical insights and risks, leading knowledge transfer sessions, and supporting process documentation to ensure a smooth transition to the future state systems.Skills and ExperienceCandidates for this position should possess deep expertise in contemporary HCM systems such as SuccessFactors, demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
They are adept at transforming data from various sources into actionable insights while maintaining a thorough understanding of People & Culture processes, systems, and regulations, including Enterprise Agreements and their technical implications.
