**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Supporting young people in residential settings, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Building strong, positive connections to help them develop life skills and independence
- Creating a structured, therapeutic environment that fosters growth and healing
- Responding to challenges with patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Working closely with a team of professionals to implement individualised care plans
- You will be expected to travel up to a 1-hour radius from our head office in Islington

**What We're Looking For**:

- A passion for working with young people and a genuine desire to make a difference
- The ability to stay calm, compassionate, and solution-focused in tough situations
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Child, Youth & Family Intervention (or currently studying) or related course
- Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekends and overnights
- A full, valid Australian Driver's Licence, First Aid Certificate, and Working with Children Check

**Induction & Training**

Induction dates will be from** Monday 2nd June to Friday 6th June** at our **Islington** head office. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process.
