About the role

Reporting to a supportive governing Board, the Chief Executive will lead a multidisciplinary team of disability professionals, providing operational support and improved efficiencies, whilst overseeing all service delivery. With a focus on advocacy and adapting to changing needs, the Chief Executive will be instrumental in the implementation of existing programs, as well as identifying new opportunities that align with Access Inc.'s mission and vision.

To be eligible for this leadership role, the applicant will have experience heading up a small to medium size team, the ability to work in a complex regulatory environment and a track record of achievement in a service-oriented organisation. A background in working with people with disabilities, together with experience in reporting to Boards and committees, will be highly regarded.
