Workfast is looking for an experienced
- **Batcher**
**Operator** to join their concrete industry team in Toowoomba
- **.**

**_About you_**-
**There is potential for FT employment with the employer after 3-6 months.**

**_What you get_**
- $36.50 per hour + penalties
- Approx $1,550pw BEFORE TAX with potential to earn OT
- Monday to Friday with Saturday work available - Early morning start 5am to 3pm with a shorter day on Saturday
- OT and penalty rates offered
- Training and opportunities to grow in the company
- The potential for full-time work at a Multi National company
- Great location easily accessible site by car or public transport

**_What you need_**
- Plant operating experience with tickets is a must (FEL)
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service role
- 1-2 years production labouring experience
- Physically fit for manual handling work when required
- Able to read, write and count
- Very strong attention to detail
- Computer Literate

**_What you will be doing_**
- FEL Plant machine operator
- Provide excellent phone based customer service
- Ensure Chain of Responsibility requirements are adhered to at all times
- Order raw materials
- Manual handling and lifting when necessary
- Any duties assigned by the foreman/site manager or team leader
