Job Title: Production Team Member

The opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment is now available. We are seeking an experienced Batcher Operator to join our team in Toowoomba, working on the concrete industry.

About The Role:

  • We seek a skilled and diligent individual with experience in operating plant machines (FEL) tickets and two years of customer service or production laboring experience.
  • Able to handle manual tasks when required, physically fit, and able to read, write, count.
  • Providing excellent phone-based customer service as part of key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating FEL Plant machine successfully
  • Excellent communication skills with customers through phone support
  • Implement Chain of Responsibility at all times
  • Place orders for raw materials
  • Perform any duties assigned by foreman/site manager or team leader

Benefits Package:

  • $38.50 per hour + penalties provided.
  • Approx $1,800 per week before tax with overtime potential.
  • Monday to Friday schedule with possibility of Saturday work - Early morning start from 5am to 3pm with shorter hours on Saturdays.
  • Overtime and penalty rates offered upon completion of tasks.

What You Need:

  • Hold physical ticket for plant operating machine (FEL)
  • Two years' experience in customer-facing roles or production laboring.
  • Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
  • Able to communicate effectively over the phone.
  • Good understanding of mathematics.
  • Strong focus on quality attention to detail required.
  • Computer knowledge necessary for daily tasks.
