360 Personnel is now seeking a full-time Moulding Machine Operator, foundry worker who will work within our team.

Training on the equipment is provided for the new staff joining.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring moulds are manufactured in line with the schedule.
- Liaising with Foundry Manager to the correct machine setup.
- Change the patterns on the machine.
- Ensure good mould quality by visual inspection.
- Place cores in the mould after inspection.
- General clean-up of moulding area and safe storage of patterns in-use.
- Other day to day tasks required in production.

**Successful applicants will need to possess**:

- Previous experience in moulding or core making is ideal but not essential.
- Mechanical understanding.
- Problem solving ability.
- Good communication verbal and written.
- A motivated attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Machine operator or Process work.

**Hours of work**:

- 38 hrs available per week.
- Working hours between 6am and 4pm Monday to Thursday.
