This position provides remarkable growth opportunities, with full support and encouragement for your career development.You'll play a central role in ensuring clients and customers receive exceptional support through your diligent sales administration.
This role is pivotal for delivering top-notch service and will evolve into a position where you independently manage your portfolio of valued clients.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES: Playing a key role in client renewals and retention, supporting the existing client base while building strong relationships.
Managing incoming and outgoing calls and email correspondence.
Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise client value.
Providing prompt and accurate responses to client and insurer inquiries.
Meticulously documenting all call interactions and ensuring that follow-up actions are directed to the right recipients.
Conducting daily follow-ups on documentation from clients and insurers.
Supporting a senior broker with high net worth clients
Handling invoice reconciliation.
Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

ABOUT YOU: 1+ years in a similar role, ideally within the insurance, sales or customer focused role.
Willingness to complete the Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification within your first six months (fully supported by the business).
Demonstrates professionalism, excellent communication skills a proactive nature.
Exceptional organisational abilities and the skill to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills, a natural ability to build relationships, and an enthusiastic personality.
Problem-solving skills to adeptly handle client inquiries.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
