**Full body content**:
This role is part of our front-line sales force. You will work with a team of experienced people to provide technical sales and product support for the driveline business to ensure that we remain the supplier of choice with our high-profile clients.

Your day to day will be busy and fast at the front counter in our showroom. Having previous sales experience and being customer centric will help you succeed in your role along with the support of your team and manager.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity for a person who is looking for professional growth opportunities with our wider group.

**Your day to day**:

- ** Provide** customer service
- counter and phone
- ** Support**a diverse customer base in providing product support
- ** Attend**to sales enquiries/provide technical support
- ** Liaise**with workshop staff and assist with pick packing duties when required

**Who are you?**
- ** Mechanical**aptitude **with** driveline systems and industrial product knowledge is **advantageous**:

- ** Ability** to take the lead in delivering sales growth
- ** Strong** technical skills and problem solving
- ** Experience** in customer service
- ** Computer literacy**at an intermediate level
