We are looking for an experienced Web Administrator with Magento/Adobe Commerce experience to manage and optimize our websites. Our websites include retail educational product sales including eBooks, and wholesale websites for our publishing and printing business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluating, conceptualizing, and enhancing websites by combining creative design principles with programming and scripting techniques, while ensuring compatibility with various operating systems and environments.
- Provide support for eBook customers across a range of platforms and troubleshoot software and licensing issues.
- Liaise with school customers to establish integrations between their systems and our online textbook portal
- Supporting the formulation, specification, and execution of web strategies, methodologies, and development frameworks to improve website functionality and contribute to achieving business objectives.
- Administering the development of a student practice test website.

**Key Skills and Experience Requirements**:
2-3 years proven experience managing and maintaining websites, with a strong understanding of web technologies. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Joomla.
- Experience with Magento/ Adobe Commerce
- Strong knowledge of website security protocols, including SSL, firewalls, and backups.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and optimize website performance.
- Familiar with SEO best practices and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Alternatively, relevant certifications in web development, IT, or related areas (e.g., Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or SEO) are also beneficial

Pay: Up to $74,000.00 per year
