We are looking for a **Logistics and Inventory Administrato**r to work across three exciting brands; as part of a busy team who work collaboratively and closely together to maximise sales and GP through efficient, on time and accurate completion of inventory administration requirements.

**Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities include;**
- Coordination and management of retail stock takes
- Developing and administering initiatives to reduce company-wide shrinkage
- Data entry & analysis of stock variances and adjustments across retail
- Assist in stock investigations as required
- Accurate and timely reporting and making amendments to discrepancies as required
- Compiling and loading, and processing orders for dispatch to store

**About you**:

- Abiltiy to build positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate experience using Excel
- Experience using systems such as AP21 will be highly regarded
- Experience in a retail environment is an advantage
- The role is full time with hybrid work options available._
