We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Administrator to join our team based at Warwick Farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all vehicles in stock, including their locations and status.

This role involves:

  • Creating and maintaining new vehicle stock records within our DMS.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all vehicles in stock, including their locations and status.
  • Organising vehicle swaps with other dealers.
  • Processing Retail Delivery Advice's (RDA's).
  • Co-ordinating Vehicle logistics & transportation.
  • Retiieving quotes from Car Carrier companies for transport requests.
  • Liaising with truck drivers for daily runs.
  • Registration for New, Used & Demo vehicles for multiple brands.

To succeed in this role you will require:

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads on a daily basis.
  • Strong and professional verbal, written and phone communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, punctuality and reliability.
  • The ability to develop strong working relationships with internal departments and external companies.
  • The ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with a team.
