We are open to either a Psychologist, Nurse, Rehab Counsellor, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Occupational Therapist.

Job DescriptionThis opportunity will see you delivering holistic, client centered services within workplace rehabilitation.
Using your clinical knowledge and allied health background, you will be an integral part of assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence at home, in the workplace and the community, improving their wellbeing and purpose in life.
Day to day, you will undertake:Workplace rehabilitation services in line with your scope of practice, such as:Initial Needs AssessmentsWorkplace AssessmentsAdvice concerning job modificationsRehabilitation Counselling/Vocational AssessmentsADL assessmentsMedical case conferences, stakeholder liaison and case management servicesSupport needs assessmentsQualificationsFull registration with relevant professional body (AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA)Excellent communication, customer service and time management skillsA self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-doneAbility to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police ClearanceCurrent Australian driver's license and vehicleWillingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible waysThe ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journeyAdditional InformationWhat we offerTruly flexible work arrangements (WFH, part-time, supportive of family commitments)Looking to relocate to beautiful Tasmania?
