Responsibilities include planning educational offerings, ensuring continuing education, applying knowledge of the LGBTQ+ community, conducting diagnostic assessments, gender affirming surgery evaluations, psychotherapy, and psychosocial interventions.Minimum QualificationsMaster's Degree in Social Work or related fieldCurrent Ohio LISW LicensePreferred Experience & SkillsOne year of clinical social work experienceExperience with LGBTQ+ population preferredEMR experienceOther Skills & CompetenciesAbility to complete Gender ASSET within 1 month of employmentKnowledge of community resources for LGBTQ+ populationTeamwork, initiative, communication skills, cultural competence, ability to work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.Physical DemandsSedentary work: exerting up to ten pounds of force occasionally.Additional DetailsSalary range: $30.60/hr - $45.90/hr, based on experience and location.
