Overview
We are seeking a PowerBI & AI Project Manager to join our team.
This role focuses on project management for data integration, AI solutions, and PowerBI reporting.
It is not a developer role and will involve leading the implementation of AI and data visualization projects, working with executives and department heads to propose innovative data solutions that drive business performance.
Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage and lead projects focused on data integration, AI solutions, and PowerBI reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Data Presentation & Visualization: Collaborate with teams to identify data needs and design PowerBI dashboards, reports, and other data presentation tools to provide actionable insights.
AI Solutions Implementation: Work with third-party vendors and partners to identify and implement AI tools that enhance data analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly collaborate with executives, VPs, and department heads to understand their data needs and provide innovative data solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leasing, property management, finance, IT, and other departments to implement data-driven solutions and AI tools.
Business Intelligence Strategy: Develop and recommend strategies for improving the presentation and use of data across the company.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and suggest improvements to existing data processes, tools, and reporting structures.
Documentation & Reporting: Document AI solutions, reporting tools, and key performance metrics.
Training & Support: Ensure team members are equipped to use PowerBI and new AI tools, providing training and support as needed.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields, with at least 2 years focused on PowerBI and data presentation.
Experience with AI-driven projects in data analytics is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce platforms.
Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and working with vendors.
Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable strategies for business leaders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with both technical teams and executive leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
PowerBI expertise and data visualization.
Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Position Details
Title: PowerBI Project Manager
Location: IN OFFICE 5 days a week CLT
Employment type: Full-time
Compensation
Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr.
The actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
