**About the role**

As the Food and Beverage Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring that guests are greeted and served with high standards. Reporting to and assisting the Food and Beverage Manager, you will also be expected to lead a team of food and beverage attendants by providing direction, guidance and support while ensuring that our customer service standards are met.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Assist in the management and leadership of all F&B team members in all aspects of their daily operations and provide assistance when required
- Manage guest enquiries in a timely and efficient manner following management guidelines
- Ensure cleanliness is maintained at a high standard.
- Manage rosters
- Excellent time management and communication skills

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory restaurant role, or experience leading teams
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to manage and delegate floor and bar staff to appropriate sections
- Impeccable restaurant table service skills
- Ability to control high volume restaurant service of food and beverage
- An eye for detail in service and an ability to create an ambiance of appropriate music and lighting
- Current RSA certificate
- Knowledge of food, wine and cocktails
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
