Norwest Private Hospital is seeking multiple Theatre Orderlies to join their preoperative team on a full-time basis. The hospital is close to a shopping centre and public transport.

Located in the rapidly evolving North West corridor of Sydney, Norwest Private Hospital is operated by Healthscope. The facility has 277 beds and a fully equipped Emergency Department in Bella Vista.

Responsibilities
Safe transfer of patients to and from the operating theatre
Provide safe, effective patient handling and positioning
Set up of theatre
Maintain a safe patient environment including setup and cleaning of theatres during procedures
Provide support to the nursing staff
Theatre Orderly experience within the health care industry (Desirable)
Working with Children check
Police Check
Commitment to quality patient care
Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to work a rotating roster AM & PM Monday – Friday
Works well independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications & Requirements
Working with Children check
Police Check
Commitment to quality patient care
Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
Eligibility to work in Australia (visa sponsorship not available)
