**Our Opportunity to you**

We are looking for a passionate and motivated **Exercise Physiologist** to join our dynamic community-based team on a **permanent part time or full-time basis** in **Wollongong NSW**. This role will support you to work to the top of your clinical scope, providing quality care across a variety of work settings and caseloads.

**The day to day**- Delivering evidence-based clinical care in the community through a range of programs and funding streams including Home Care Package and Commonwealth Home Support Program
- Deliver and implement an active exercise-based approach to client's post-acute orthopaedic surgery, experiencing the effects of aging or managing a chronic condition
- Working within a multidisciplinary team to get the best outcomes for your clients
- Engaging in our clinical supervision program with a designated clinical supervisor

**Additional**- **Preferred**: Community or hospital physio experience
- **Qualifications**: Exercise Physiology degree with ESSA Certification
- **Requirement**: Valid driver's licence, insured vehicle
