OverviewSupply Administrator role at Air Liquide Healthcare Australia.
Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services.
We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.This is a vital administrative position responsible for raising purchase orders, monitoring stock levels across multiple sites, and coordinating the return of excess stock.
This is a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly by keeping our inventory accurate and our relationships with suppliers strong.ResponsibilitiesRaise and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers, and alert the Supply Manager to any discrepanciesLiaise with suppliers to confirm Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs) and maintain strong professional relationshipsAssist in ordering company uniforms for staffPlace orders for non-inventory items as directed by managers and supervisorsCreate new item codes within our ERP systemReview and manage stock levels across all sites, and coordinate the return of excess stock to the warehouseSupport the national warehouse team as neededEnsure all tasks are completed in compliance with company policies and proceduresQualificationsPrevious experience in a clerical or administrative role, with a preference for experience in inventory or logisticsAbility to work autonomously and handle competing demands effectivelyHighly organised with strong attention to detailExcellent customer service skillsProficiency with Google Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant softwareThe ability to read, interpret, and follow various instructions and proceduresAbout Air LiquideA world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
