Supply Chain Administrator

This is a supply chain administration role that involves overseeing the inventory management process. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics or a related field and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage stock levels across multiple sites, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and reported.
- Raise purchase orders with suppliers and monitor deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Coordinate the return of excess stock to the warehouse, minimizing waste and optimizing storage space.
- Support the national warehouse team as needed, providing administrative assistance and contributing to the smooth operation of the supply chain.
- Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in inventory or logistics.
- Able to work autonomously and handle competing demands effectively.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.
This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
