Eagers Automotive Group is looking for an experienced
**IT Desktop Support Officer** who has a great work attitude and excellent customer service skills to join our IT Services team located in Bowen Hills.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the IT Manager as an IT Desktop Support Officer, you will work with our team from our Bowen Hills office providing desktop support over the phone and by remote desktop support systems, answer high level of inbound calls, managing ticket queues and triaging, provisioning new users and assisting in provisioning new hardware and maintaining our warehouse and deliveries.

Some of your responsibilities would include:

- Phase out the current managed service model across these sites
- Deploy and Maintain Dealership/IT Assets, Operating Systems and Applications remotely
- Maintain User Security Systems - Active Directory and Office 365.
- Complete Assigned Service Desk Calls
- Create, maintain and revise documentation within the IS National Documentation System
- Provide feedback on continuous improvement of processes and procedures in order to enhance the current use of products or reduce incoming call volume
- Handle inbound calls and tickets working remotely with the IT Helpdesk based in Brisbane

**About you**:

- A strong understanding of Windows, Windows Server, VMWare, Office 365 and Ticketing systems is required; experience with Azure and AWS is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills including in person and over the phone
- Great problem diagnosis and solving skills
- The ability to travel across the regional portfolio on a regular basis
- A preference (and ability) to work independently.
- A current and valid Driver's Licence
