**Workforce Planner**

**About the role**:
As an integral member of the Shared Services team, your main objective will be to produce compliant rosters for departments across the business. You will ensure quality measures such as resource allocation, fairness, productivity targets and operational robustness are met, and that compliance is measured against regulatory and industrial instruments, company policies and guidelines.

**Duties**:

- Co-ordinating daily updating of Kronos attendance management
- Assist Managers/Supervisors to ensure accurate time and attendance records are maintained
- Final check of Kronos Timecards at the end of the pay period and addressing any issues
- Complete rostering across the VRTP business focusing on optimising and maximising our labour force
- Engaging with Managers and Supervisors to discuss their business requirements ensuring the most cost-efficient use of the workforce

**Skills and Experience**:

- Workforce Planning Systems 'hands-on' experience (preferably Kronos) however any Attendance Management and/or rostering or payroll systems advantageous
- HR or similar qualification desirable
- Working knowledge of Awards/Agreements
- Strong communication, organisational and time management
- Team player with strong customer focus and attention to detail
- Able to work at any Village Roadshow Theme Park property as required
- Ability to work on any day including weekends with flexible hours
- Experience in the Hotel/Hospitality industry highly desirable
