Ongoing casual hours are available for this role. The work is close to home, and flexible hours can be arranged across the week.

As a Planogrammer, you will be responsible for executing planograms and maintaining relationships with store and retail management on an ongoing casual basis. This involves visiting key retailers and supermarkets to ensure tasks are executed accurately as outlined in the client brief.

Up to 15 hours per week (average is 8 hours) are available in the Robina and surrounding areas. Hours may vary depending on business needs, and flexible availability is required Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities as a Planogrammer include:

- Building strong relationships with store and retail management

- Creating high-quality planograms in stores

- Negotiating promotional space

- Activating planograms by ensuring products are well stocked on shelves and presented

- Lifting, pushing, pulling, and stacking of products is required

- Ensuring administrative tasks are completed and submitted on time and accurately

- Reporting back to the State Operations Leader of any compliance issues and field intelligence

- Representing the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times

Required skills and qualifications include:

- Experience in planogramming in a grocery/retail environment

- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail

- Ability to work autonomously but with an overall team focus
