As the SAP Development Lead, you will provide technical leadership for SAP's technical skillset and manage a team of SAP ABAP Developers. The role is 50% hands-on and 50% performance management focus of the team.

**What you will do**:

- Manage a team of 3+ onsite ABAP developers
- Work with functional consultants, integration teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions to determine the best solution to meet business requirements
- Development of best practices and standards for SAP ABAP development

**What you need**:

- Experience in SAP Technical Development across different functional areas such as EAM, HR, FICO, and integration such as PI/PO
- UI5, Fiori, and exposure to SAP cloud offerings (desirable)
- Knowledge of SAP UI5, BTP, and Fiori will be an added advantage (desirable)
- Experience with implementations, upgrades, migration, and support
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of ABAP Developers
