Help shape the future of learning delivery by leading a high-impact, remote-first engineering team. You'll guide technical direction, champion engineering excellence, and create the conditions for your team to do their best work.
What you'll do
Drive delivery from idea to impact: Lead a team of 5–9 developers through the full software development lifecycle, owning delivery of features that make a real difference for our customers and the business.
Turn strategy into execution: Partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional peers to align on goals, set priorities, and deliver outcomes.
Uphold engineering excellence: Shape technical approaches, instill best practices for quality, testing, security, operations, and documentation.
Lead and grow people: Coach engineers to transform complex business problems into elegant technical solutions, while supporting their professional growth.
Champion operational excellence: Foster a culture of resilience, reliability, and continuous improvement in systems and processes.
What we're looking for
At least 2 years experience managing remote engineering teams and scaling their impact.
Strong collaboration experience with Product Management to deliver meaningful results.
Deep knowledge of modern software development practices; from quality and security to operational robustness.
Experience with cloud-based architectures and contemporary engineering approaches.
Ability to balance immediate business needs with sustainable, long-term technical standards.
