**Role**:
We are looking for a Student Success Officer to ensure a smooth integration of different student services areas leading to better student experience and business outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
- Assisting students with their unit choices, career counselling, ensuring a smooth study journey and overall welfare of all students
- Assist in enrolment processes in liaison with the Admissions and Enrolments Team
- Assist in timetabling in liaison with the Academic Manager and College Director
- Monitoring the academic progress and attendance of students and referral of students to academic support when necessary
- Respond to relevant queries from senior management, marketing and academic staff as required
- Communicate with the finance department regarding any payments received at the campus, and ensure communication regarding any changes are passed on to finance in an accurate and timely manner
- Collection and dissemination of information to students, e.g. study skills, presentations, websites, university deadlines etc
- Liaise with the tertiary sector, relevant faculties and administrative units of Murdoch University
- Regularly co-ordinate with teachers to get under 18 students report and conduct regular fortnightly meetings
- Liaise regularly with student residences regarding student experience, student bookings, arrivals and mediate any problems or difficulties
- Liaise with Admissions, and as a team with other Student Services staff, on post-admission enrolment processes
- Be a productive member of the Kaplan team by displaying the Company values through your day to day role

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, if required

- Ability to quickly learn new systems
- Valid West Australian Working with Children Check
- Direct knowledge or experience of the international education sector (desirable)
- Advanced skills in the use of computerised information systems (desirable)
- Up-to-date working knowledge of key legislation, policies and procedures relevant to international students (desirable)
