As a Quality Coordinator you will be accountable for delivering Quality Excellence. This role is instrumental in providing executional excellence in ensuring that the systems, processes, and procedures which ensure product quality and food safety are implemented, consistently met, and reviewed to enable these to be continually improved.

This diverse role will see you work extensively with all functions across the site and broader business.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Develop a culture & implement standard which support the Safety the Arnott's Way program. Ensure a safe workplace & prevent injury
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve safety, quality, production, and cost objectives and plans
- Engage all site personnel in the quality journey
- Assist with the development, implementation and management of the quality and food safety management systems for the site
- Drive the continuous improvement process for Quality across the site. Assist implementing site quality plans with clear goals and timelines
- Complete complaint investigations and manage quality/food safety issues in production

**The ingredients to be successful**:

- Tertiary degree in Food Science, Science, Engineering or equivalent as a minimum
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems, HACCP programs and Quality Auditing and SQF is beneficial
- Minimum 4-5 year relevant experience in a technical role within the food / dairy / pharmaceutical industries
- High standard of oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven ability to influence and build relationships with a diverse audience
- Desirable to have knowledge of SAP, but not essential.
- Experience in managing a team
