We currently have an opportunity for a **Facilities Team Leader.**Join our Government and Infrastructure Management team and play a key role in leading the facilities maintenance team to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services required under the LWB contract. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

**What You'll Do**

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

- Be the single escalation point for all service lines across all sites, interacting with all key stakeholders.
- Accountable for the company's budget and business management of the Contract.
- Accountable for contract variations and scope management in alignment with client expectations.
- Contract reporting coordination and present at periodic meetings with the client.Manage the daily provision of preventative and reactive maintenance works across all facilities under the contract via the delegation of work tasks to the Facilities Supervisor (if in place) or appropriately skilled trades people.

**What You'll Bring**
- Previous experience as a facility team lead or manger.
- Experience dealing with trades and subcontractors or Trade background a requirement.
- Proficient in OH&S induction for the Building and Construction Industry, with a solid understanding of OHS regulations.
- Experience in the delivery of contract services where subcontractors are used for reactive and planned maintenance.Technical and commercial competencies in industrial type sites.
