We're growing, and this means we're looking for Assistant Restaurant Managers to join our awesome team at the new Logan & Albert Hotel, Beaudesert, Brisbane.
What We Offer:
Above-market salary package
Set 5-day roster (weekend availability required)
Closed on the majority of public holidays

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in restaurant supervision/management
Strong operational knowledge in all facets of hospitality
Confidence in shift reporting and managing rosters
Great presentation and time management skills
A hands-on approach to staff training and development
The ability to thrive in a high-volume setting while staying cool under pressure
A positive, enthusiastic personality and team-first mindset
