**The Role**
The Reliability Manager will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the reliability and maintainability of production equipment.
- Implementation of preventative maintenance programs and the management of maintenance personnel.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues that impact equipment reliability, quality, and safety.

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability management in a food manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
- Working knowledge in SAP/MEX
- Experience with root cause analysis
