Tippler's Seafood Taringa is experiencing exceptional growth and is seeking a shop Supervisor to assist in the daily running of this busy shop.

Our goal is to hire a supervisor with experience within the Fish and Chips /Café and food service industry who will be responsible for daily operations of our shop.

Aside from general day to day shop operations, the shop Supervisors Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

- Open & Close shop FOH & BOH
- Be a leader in customer service
- Work as team member managing and directing FOH team
- Daily Food preparation
- Manage FOH & BOH staff to achieve a good standard of customer service
- Manage day to day operations of the shop
- Manage stock levels and reporting
- Assist in achieving sales targets and drive sale initiatives
- Roster will be weekday and weekends with a combination of opening and closing shifts.

**Salary**: From $35,987.00 per year
