**About the role**

We are currently seeking a Support Services All Rounder who can work across 3 roles in our Regis Greenmount - Food Services Attendants, Cleaning & Laundry. In each role you will deliver excellent customer service in all that you do. During your day you will get to engage in meaningful conversations with the residents, giving you a sense of purpose in the work that you do.

**A day in the life of a Food Services Attendant may see you**:

- Preparing & serving food for our residents
- Delivery of morning and afternoon tea to our residents and their visitors
- Cleaning and general hospitality services

**A day in the life of a Cleaner may see you**:

- Ensure all cleaning requirements are met each shift
- Interacting with the residents in friendly, helpful and positive manner
- Ensure the home is cleaned to a high standard

**A day in the life of a Laundry Assistant may see you**:

- Ensure all laundry requirements are met each shift
- Working as part of a team to help others and demonstrate a team spirit
- Complete reporting and documentation based on Regis policy and procedure

**What we look for**:

- Hospitality and/or working with food experience; or the willingness and motivation to learn
- A passion for customer service
- Current food handling certificate (desirable)
- Experience within aged care would be advantageous
