, a leader in the Australian retail space, is seeking a talented individual to join our vibrant and fast-paced Shared Services Marketing Team in South Melbourne.

. We're looking for a recent graduate or a professional with high-volume retail experience who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a team that embraces new ideas and leadership.
What You Will Be Doing:
Responsible for working on Catalogue, POS, Press, Electronic Direct Mail, VM and other marketing collateral for the Spotlight Retail Group's brands.
Building out high calibre collateral from the briefs supplied.
Adherence to the brand style guides, and a custodian of brand integrity.
Implementation of creative direction and instruction to completion.
Ensuring all visual communication standards are met.
Proof reading of own work to ensure accuracy.
Manage own workload to ensure that timings are met and to communicate and negotiate around timings and help where required.
Adherence and understanding of brief
Produce artwork ready files on time and with high attention to detail - ensuring that all deadlines and specifications are met and that all projects are released accurately and efficiently
About You
A relevant Tertiary education in a creative field.
Proficiency in Mac OS environment and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD).
Additional experience with Figma, Premiere, After Effects and Ai Image generation models will be an advantage
Good design, typographical, layout and production skills
The ability to learn and understand retail event timelines and schedules along with the annotation and approval process between a retail studio and the broader marketing team
Sharp eye for detail and deliver high quality and accurate artwork
Experience in navigating studio servers and DAMs is advantageous
