**Job Title**:
**Part-time Receptionist & Administrative Assistant**

We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our welcoming and supportive team. Our practice is based in the vibrant Wray Avenue precinct, offering easy access to public transport and a variety of local eateries. We have free on-site parking for staff.

**Hours**:
This is a permanent part-time position, offering 18-24 hours per week spread across three days, with the potential for additional hours based on practice needs. As our practice is open until 7:30 p.m. three evenings per week, you will need to be available for at least one evening shift weekly. Please ensure you can commit to this before applying.

**What We're Looking For**:
We're seeking an individual who is kind, compassionate, and personable, with excellent attention to detail and a warm, clear communication style. Initiative, organizational skills, and professionalism are essential. You should be confident with technology and eager to learn new systems.

**Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Reviewing weekly billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and managing debt collection as required.
- Collaborating with the Practice Manager, Lead Clinical Administrator, and Director to develop and review administrative systems and procedures.

**Key Skills Required**:

- A high level of organization, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
- A warm, clear communication style with the ability to engage clients empathetically, patiently, and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team.
- Experience with medical software is highly desirable.
